Lamiye Hashimli, assistant, internship coordinator and lecturer of the Department of Economics and Management of Khazar University, paid an academic visit to Hasan Kalyoncu University in Gaziantep, Türkiye, as part of the Erasmus+ program from April 26 to May 2.

Discussions were held with the University's International Office on prospects for mutual cooperation, the development of bilateral agreements, internship programs, and training opportunities.

At the same time, Lamiye Hashimli organized seminars for students on the subjects of "Organizational Behavior" and "Career Planning". The seminars covered topics such as emotional intelligence, career development and stress in human life, stress in the context of organizational behavior and mechanisms for dealing with it, communication and relationships, as well as human resource management.

The seminars were held in an interactive format, the active participation of students was ensured, and knowledge and experience were exchanged based on modern approaches. In addition, during the meetings with the students, an exchange of views was held on their academic and professional development directions.

The meetings and discussions held within the framework of the visit contributed to the further strengthening of the existing cooperative relations between both higher education institutions, as well as to the formation of a favorable basis for the implementation of future joint projects.
