Dr. Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University, participated in the "I GreenEco International Forum" held at the Heydar Aliyev Center in the city of Ganja on April 23, 2026. The forum was dedicated to the topics of green economy, sustainable development, and international cooperation in the agricultural sector.

Speeches were delivered by Zafar Gurbanov, Rector of Azerbaijan State Agrarian University; Adil Tagiyev, Deputy Head of Ganja City Executive Authority; Elchin Zeynalov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture; Muhammad Nasar Hayat, FAO Representative in Azerbaijan and Head of the Partnership and Coordination Office; Rizvan Nabiyev, Member of the Milli Majlis; Vilayat Valiyev, Rector of Azerbaijan Technical University; Anar Nagiyev, Rector of Baku Slavic University; Anar Eminov, Rector of Mingachevir State University; Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University; and Csaba Gyuricza, Rector of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE) (via video address).

Within the framework of the forum, a panel was organized on the topic "Green Concepts in Science and Education." Vilayat Valiyev, Rector of Azerbaijan Technical University; Anar Nagiyev, Rector of Baku Slavic University; Anar Eminov, Rector of Mingachevir State University; and Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University, took part in the panel and discussed issues related to the application of green approaches in science and education.

The forum participants emphasized the significance of the event in terms of promoting the green economy, advancing innovative approaches in education and the agricultural sector, as well as expanding international partnerships.
