A meeting with Dr. Barın Kayaoğlu, Head of American Studies at Ankara Social Sciences University of Türkiye, was held at Khazar University on March 10, 2026. The meeting was attended by Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, and Fidan Jafarova, staff member of the International Relations Office.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities in the areas of academic exchange programs, joint scientific research, and the organization of conferences and seminars. Also in focus were matters such as joint participation in international projects and the strengthening of academic ties.
