The head of the Architecture and Design Department at Khazar University, Shahla Abbasova, has been appointed director of the Construction College by order of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education and has been introduced to the staff.

Shahla Abbasova completed her bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies in architecture at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction and holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in "Architecture." Over the years, she has served as a lecturer, assistant, and associate professor at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, as well as an associate professor at Mehmet Akif Ersoy University in Türkiye.

It should be noted that Sh. Abbasova served as head of the Architecture and Design Department at Khazar University from 2022 until her most recent appointment, and has presented a number of articles at local and international scientific journals and conferences.
