On February 19, 2026, a "Demo Day" event was held as part of the IV TUSI incubation program — the next stage of the "Skills for the Future" project of the Innovation Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Khazar University was represented at the event by Rector Dr. Raziya Isayeva.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the State Agency Ulvi Mehdiyev, Deputy Minister of Science and Education Firudin Gurbanov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency Orkhan Mammadov, Vice President for External Relations and Communications in the Caspian Region at BP Bakhtivar Aslanbeyli, rectors of the country's universities, employees of the ministry and agency, mentors, and incubation program participants.
At the "Demo Day" event, presentations of innovative projects developed by incubation program participants were held, and the launch of the "V TUSI" incubation program was announced as a continuation of the project.
It should be noted that the "Skills for the Future" project, implemented since April 2021, aims to promote innovative thinking at higher education institutions, develop the practical skills of young people, and build a sustainable human resource potential for the innovation ecosystem.
