Khazar University Department of Languages and Literatures lecturer, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology Parvin Eyvazov appeared as a guest on the "Can, Azərbaycan!" program broadcast on Public Radio and hosted by renowned presenter Pervane Nadirgizi.

In the latest episode of the program dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Turkological Congress, the historical significance of the decrees signed by President Ilham Aliyev in connection with the jubilee of this prestigious scientific and cultural event was highlighted. Simultaneously, the ideas expressed and decisions adopted regarding the alphabet, orthography, terminology, research and teaching of Turkic languages, as well as the common Turkic language issues discussed within the framework of the congress were examined.

The program particularly emphasized the influence of the First Turkological Congress on the formation and development of Azerbaijani Turkology.
