On December 26, 2025, a holiday celebration was held at the "Sarı Gəlin" wedding hall for the Khazar University staff in honor of the New Year. After the hosts – university staff members Baba Bayramlı and Fəkhrəndə Əfəndiyeva – opened the event, the staff performed an interesting composition, adding a special festive atmosphere to the gathering.

Rector Dr. Raziyə Isayeva spoke about the university's honorable path of development, its present state and future plans, and congratulated the participants on December 31 – World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year, wishing them success.

The interesting quizzes, entertaining question-and-answer sessions, and games organized within the framework of the event were received with great interest by the participants.

The founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, delivered a speech congratulating the university staff on the occasion of the holiday and wishing them achievements in the new year.

The holiday event was held with the accompaniment of the university's Chamber Orchestra (artistic director – Zulfiyya Sadıgova, Honored Teacher, pianist, and Director of the Music and Arts Department of the university) and the wedding hall's musical ensemble.

At the end of the event, gifts distributed by Santa Claus generated particular interest. The holiday celebration concluded with pleasant spirits and unforgettable impressions.
