On December 19, 2025, a seminar titled "How Does MicroRNA-675 Enhance Muscle Inflammatory Response? Study of Muscle Inflammatory Process Through a Systematic Approach" by doctoral student Narmin Akhundova was held, organized by the Graduate School of Science, Arts and Technology and the Department of Life Sciences.

The presenter is pursuing doctoral studies in "Molecular Biology" at Imperial College London, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, under a tripartite agreement between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Khazar University within the framework of the "State Program on Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023."

Faculty members and students of the Department of Life Sciences attended the seminar. They raised questions and engaged in an interesting exchange of ideas on the topic.
