A republican scientific conference titled "The Role of Information Environment in the Integrated Development of Science, Education and Culture in Azerbaijan" dedicated to the 75th anniversary of People's Poet Zalimkhan Yagub was held on December 4-5, organized by Baku State University (BSU).

Following the opening ceremony held at BSU, a sectional meeting was conducted at the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS. Master's students from Khazar University, Sahiba Shirinova and Zahra Rzazade, presented their articles comprising part of their scientific research at the sectional meeting chaired by Dr. Alamdar Bayramli, Dean of the School of Information and Document Management at the university, and Associate Professor Dr. Mehman Hasanli, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs at the Institute of Literature.

Sahiba Shirinova analyzed the characteristics of the Karabakh war theme in the writer's works in her presentation titled "Reflection of the Karabakh War Theme in Azad Qaradarali's Prose." Zahra Rzazade, speaking on "The Image of Farhad as a New Hero Model in Arif Ardabili's Poem 'Farhadname,'" drew attention to the characteristics of the classical image of Farhad as represented anew by Arif Ardabili.

At the end of the sectional meeting, certificates were presented to the presenters by Mehman Hasanli.
