On November 22, 2025, at the "Shirvanshah" Museum Restaurant in Baku, the 75th anniversary of Honored Art Worker, renowned composer, and Khazar University Professor Javanshir Guliyev was celebrated, organized by Khazar University Professor and Political Scientist Ramiz Yunus.

The event was attended by Azerbaijan’s People’s Artists Farhad Badalbeyli and Ramiz Hesenoglu, National Poet Ramiz Rovshan, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, Acad. Rafiq Aliyev, Professor of the Azerbaijan Music Academy Tariyel Mammadov, Ramiz Yunus, Political Scientist Eldar Namazov, and Director of Public Relations and Media at Khazar University Alovsat Amirbeyli.

Speakers highlighted the multifaceted contributions of the prominent composer and pedagogue Javanshir Guliyev and wished him good health, longevity, and continued creative success.

At the conclusion of the event, Javanshir Guliyev expressed his gratitude for the organization of the anniversary celebration and for the high recognition of his work.
