A seminar titled "Career Planning and Future Prospects in the Translation Profession" was held on November 25, 2025, for senior students majoring in Translation, organized by Khazar University's Career and Alumni Center with the participation of staff from the Avrasiya Translation Center. The event was conducted with the involvement of experienced specialists from the Avrasiya Translation Center.

At the opening of the seminar, Zarifa Aliyeva, Director of the Career and Alumni Center, provided brief information about the center's mission, activities, and projects implemented to support students' professional development. She discussed the career services and available opportunities offered to ensure students' successful integration into the labor market.

Narmin Huseynova, Director of the Avrasiya Translation Center, Nazrin Mirzazada, Coordinator, Ulviyya Karimli, Translator, and Sevgi Ismayilova, an intern at the center, delivered extensive presentations on the center's activities, labor market dynamics in the translation field, specialization directions, technological innovations, and professional development pathways. They also provided information about current trends, prospects in written and oral translation, real projects, and internship programs.

During the group work organized as part of the seminar, students completed the assigned tasks in a creative and professional manner. One student selected from among the winning group members was granted the right to participate free of charge in a full internship program and to be provided with a certificate upon completion of the program.

The event continued with a question-and-answer session, where students addressed their questions to the specialists regarding internship programs, the recruitment process, and career development as translators.
