An international scientific conference titled "Belt and Road, High-Quality Development: Concepts and Actions" was held on November 18-19, 2025, in Beijing, People's Republic of China, organized by the Institute of Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Sixty researchers from more than 15 European and Asian countries were invited to the conference.

Dr. Nargiz Karimova, Chinese language instructor at Khazar University's Department of Languages and Literatures and senior researcher at the China Research Center of the Azerbaijan-Asia Literary Relations Department of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS, delivered a presentation at the conference on "China-Azerbaijan Relations in the Context of the Belt and Road Initiative: From the Historical Silk Road to Literary Dialogue."
