Gulshan Aliyeva, instructor at Khazar University's Department of Psychology and Chief Inspector of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has begun a Postdoctoral program organized by the European Scientific Institute (ESI).
The program spans from October 2025 to November 2026 and consists of three parts. During the program activities, research on the selected research topic, group meetings, participation in academic courses, and a 10-day research visit to one of the universities are envisioned. It should be noted that this program organized by ESI implements mutual cooperation with 10 universities from 8 countries, encompassing law, education, sociology, psychology, and political sciences.
Gulshan Aliyeva’s research topic is dedicated to "Competence of university teachers: Students' review analysis." Dr. Vilmos Vass, Professor at the Department of Education at Budapest Metropolitan University, who has extensive experience in this field for many years and is the author of a number of studies, has been selected as the scientific advisor for the research.
