On November 13, 2025, Zarifa Aliyeva, Director of Khazar University's Career and Alumni Center, Aysel Huseynli, the Center's Alumni Relations Coordinator, as well as Ulkar Ibadli, Research Instructor at the Department of Economics and Management, participated in a business meeting held at PepsiCo.

The meeting was attended by PepsiCo representatives – Narmina Pashayeva, Senior Human Resources Coordinator, Natia Ubilava, Caucasus Human Resources Business Partner, and Liana Satseradze, Talent Acquisition Manager for the Caucasus.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for mutual cooperation, the preparedness level of Khazar University graduates for the labor market, internship and career opportunities for students and graduates, as well as current labor market requirements.

During the discussion, the importance of strengthening university-industry collaboration was particularly emphasized. Zarifa Aliyeva highlighted the significance of joint initiatives that would support students' integration into real working environments. PepsiCo representatives provided detailed information about the company's projects aimed at young people's career development.

The meeting concluded effectively with the intention to further expand future cooperation between the parties.
