On November 7, 2025, a scientific seminar on "Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting Technologies" was organized at Khazar University by the Head of the Department of Physics and Electronics, Associate Professor Farida Tatardar.
The event was attended by the university's faculty members, researchers, and students. The seminar featured detailed presentations on the role of renewable energy sources in the modern world, the principles of piezoelectric energy generation, recent technological innovations in this field, and future research directions.
In her speech, Farida Tatardar noted that the conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy through piezoelectric technologies holds significant potential for sustainable and environmentally clean energy production in the future. She also discussed international research conducted in this field and application examples.
The seminar continued with interactive discussions, where participants addressed their questions and exchanged views. The main objective of the event was to share scientific knowledge in the field of piezoelectric energy, create new opportunities for collaboration, and increase researchers' interest in this direction.
The seminar was received with great interest by the participants and was appreciated as a beneficial platform for scientific exchange.
