Seminar on "Career Guidance" Held

A seminar on "Career Guidance" was held on October 30, 2025, for third-year students of the School of Economics and Management, organized by Khazar University's Career and Alumni Center.

The main objective of the seminar was to support students' more prepared integration into the labor market and to develop their knowledge and skills in preparing CVs and motivation letters, interview skills, and building a personal brand.

During the event, Aynur Mirzazade, founder and executive director of HRENGINEERING LLC and expert in human resources management, delivered presentations on introduction to career planning and SWOT analysis, preparation of professional CVs and motivation letters, preparation and strategies for interview stages, and other topics.

The seminar continued with group work. Students evaluated the presented CV samples and engaged in discussion. At the end, the company's director A. Mirzazade presented gifts to the winning group members.
