On October 31, 2025, a seminar was held at Khazar University by Professor Zhao Gang, Vice-Rector of Beijing Foreign Studies University. Professor Zhao Gang delivered a presentation on the topic "Development and Reform of Foreign Language Education in China: A Study Based on the Example of Beijing Foreign Studies University."

The seminar participants - faculty members and students - acquired valuable knowledge regarding foreign language teaching in China, as well as research conducted based on the example of Beijing Foreign Studies University.

The seminar concluded with an exchange of ideas.
