Dr. Milana Abbasova, Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, undertook a business visit to Bartın University in Türkiye from October 6-11, 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. During the visit, she participated in a series of meetings with Rector of Bartın University Prof. Ahmed Akkaya, Dean of the School of Education Prof. Bilal Güneş, Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Emrullah Yılmaz, Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Ahmet İyirmibeş, Head of Primary School Teaching Department Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Kocaarslan, Head of Foreign Language Teaching Department Assoc. Prof. Erdi Şimşek, and staff of the English Language Preparatory Department.

During the meetings, extensive discussions were held regarding cooperation opportunities for dual degree programmes, organization of joint academic events and conducting research work, as well as exchange and implementation of language teaching methodologies. In addition, Milana Abbasova delivered a lecture and observed various classes.
