Mirsadiq Muxtarov, a staff member of Khazar University's Psychology Department and psychologist at the Khazar Psychological Service Center, participated in a webinar organized by IPSYSO (International Psychology Student Organization) for students and professionals on October 18, 2025.

During the webinar, Professor Florian G. Kaiser from Germany's Otto-von-Guericke University delivered a presentation on "Attitude towards the environment in the Campbell paradigm," Professor Arie Kruglanski from the University of Maryland in the United States spoke on "The psychological dynamics of extremism," Professor Daryl O'Connor from the University of Leeds in Great Britain addressed "Stress," Professor Vlad Glaveanu from Dublin City University in Ireland discussed "Research on possibilities," Associate Professor Dr. Ela Arı from Boğaziçi University in Turkey presented on "The importance of social connections," and Associate Professor Barbara Hanfstingl from Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt in Austria spoke on "Motivation, thinking style, and self-regulation skills," sharing the latest research and findings in their respective fields.
