On October 15, 2025, a delegation consisting of Liliana Śmiech, Director General for International Affairs of the Ludovika University of Public Service in Hungary, and David Biro, Senior Advisor, visited the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University as part of a collaboration with the newly launched Ludovika Center for Turkic Studies. The guests were welcomed by the head of the department, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Veliyev, senior lecturer Baba Bayramli, and assistant Firuza Ismayilova.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of scientific cooperation between Ludovika University, especially the newly established Ludovika Center for Turkic Studies, and Khazar University's Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy. Hungary's growing interest in participating in the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was also among the topics of discussion. Detailed information was also provided on the activities and future plans of the Ludovika Center for Turkic Studies.

At the end of the meeting, the guests were presented with the books In the Question of the Caspian Sea and My Karabakh or the Karabakh Knot by Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees of Khazar University. At the end, a commemorative photo was taken.
