The proceedings of the IX International Scientific Rumi Congress, held on December 13-15, 2024, through the joint collaboration of the Mevlana Institute for Literary and Philosophical Studies (MILPS) and the Near East University of Cyprus, have been published. The collection was compiled through the efforts of Prof. Ghadir Golkarian and Dr. Farida Seyidova, a research fellow at the Mevlana Institute.

The book contains articles in English, Turkish, Azerbaijani, and Persian by 30 presenters. The book begins with an article dedicated to the memory of the late Prof. Nazakat Mammadli, founding director of the Mevlana Institute, who made tremendous contributions to organizing this congress, and continues with opening speeches by Prof. Ghadir Golkarian, Director of the Rumi Research Center at the Near East University of Cyprus, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Nazakat Mammadli, and Prof. Evren Hıncal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Near East University. This is followed by the papers of symposium participants from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Cyprus, Hungary, India, Pakistan, America, and Iran. The collection was printed in Cyprus, delivered to Khazar University, and presented to Azerbaijani presenters from there.
