On September 5, 2025, the scientific publication titled "1st Workshop on Modernizing Turkic Tamgas: Papers and Proceedings" (1st Symposium on Modernizing Turkic Tamgas: Presentations and Records) was published under the scientific editorship of Dr. Oder Alizade, faculty member of the History and Archaeology Department at Khazar University.

The book consists of a collection of scientific articles and presentations and covers materials presented at the symposium. The publication also includes Dr. Oder Alizade's article titled "Turkic Tamgas for Azerbaijani Turkish." The article scientifically examines the application possibilities of ancient Turkic tamgas in Azerbaijani Turkish and their position in the writing system.
