On May 23, 2025, the "Career Fair – 2025" was held in the courtyard of Khazar University's Neftchilar campus, organized by the Career and Alumni Center.

Nearly 50 leading companies and organizations, prestigious hotels and tourism companies, renowned educational complexes, training and translation centers, banks and financial institutions, psychological service and development centers, creative studios operating in design and architecture, project offices, and others participated in the fair.

Among the institutions represented at the fair were SOCAR, Socar Polymer, KPMG, "Norm" JSC, Fish Farm, ABAD, ACCESS BANK, ABB bank, Azer Turk Bank JSC, Yelo Bank, Pasha Insurance, Dunya School, Landau School, AIESEC, Shams Translation Center, EFE Courses, Unidestin Education Company, Strategic Thinking Student Diplomacy Center, Konsis Group (Translation Center), Together Healthy Public Union, Hiss Psychological Health Center, Kashalata café (Azerbaijan's first inclusive café), Four Seasons Hotel Baku, Mercure Baku City, Ulu Hospitality Group, TABIA Group (Badamdar Hotel, Excelsior Hotel&SPA, Hilton Garden Inn Baku, Paulaner), Resant Group Hotel, Yeni Baki Hotel, and others.

Director of the Career and Alumni Center, Zarifa Aliyeva, noted in her remarks that such initiatives not only support the integration of students and graduates into the labor market but also further strengthen the university's ties with the business world.

Representatives of companies offered students and graduates employment and internship opportunities, preliminary interviews, CV acceptance, and networking possibilities.

Unemployed graduates of "Khazar" also actively participated in the fair, gaining the opportunity to showcase their skills and potential and establish direct contact with the business world. Additionally, representatives from other universities also participated in the fair, further expanding the scope of the event.
