On April 11, 2025, a meeting was held at the Career and Alumni Center of Khazar University with representatives of the Baku Regional Employment Branch of the State Employment Agency. The meeting was attended by Vugar Khalilov, Deputy Head of the Branch, and Adalat Samidov, Head of the Analysis and Partnership Department.

The main purpose of the meeting was to support the integration of students and graduates into the labor market, expand their employment opportunities, and discuss the implementation of joint projects within the framework of partnership.

During the meeting, several important topics were discussed – including the organization of job fairs, employment of students and graduates, the organization of vocational training courses in line with specialties, the creation of real work experience opportunities, and the involvement of youth in state employment programs.

The branch representatives provided detailed information about the various programs, electronic platforms, and vocational training projects implemented by the agency. They noted that cooperation with universities is essential for equipping students and graduates with professions and skills that meet labor market demands and expressed their interest in implementing joint projects with Khazar University in this field.

At the same time, cooperation opportunities were discussed. Zarifa Aliyeva, Director of the Career and Alumni Center, spoke about the center’s extensive resources, services for students and graduates, the work carried out, events held, and career support initiatives, expressing confidence that this cooperation would further expand the existing opportunities.

At the end, future cooperation directions were identified, and an agreement was reached on planning specific actions.
