On November 15, 2024, with the organization of the Career and Alumni Center, Khazar University hosted a meeting with its graduates working in Norway, including Ramil Aliyev, Oslo Azerbaijani House President, Östenşö district municipal committee member, Norway coordinator for Scandinavian Azerbaijanis Coordination Council; Fariz Nadir Rzayev, Oslo Marienlyst Primary School consultant, Chair of Norwegian-Azerbaijani Youth Organization (NAYO).

The meeting was attended by Khazar University's leadership, staff, and instructors. The university's founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli welcomed the guests, expressing his pleasure at seeing them at the higher education institution. Ramil Aliyev provided extensive information about his education after graduating from Khazar University and his activities in Norway. He also talked about how much he enjoyed his time as a student.

During the meeting, discussions focused on establishing, expanding and developing new connections between Norwegian higher education institutions and Khazar University, mutually beneficial cooperation between centers, faculties and departments of higher education institutions, conducting scientific research, facilitating faculty and student exchanges and other issues.
