A joint article titled "The resolvent of impulsive dynamic singular Sturm-Liouville operators" by Academic Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor of Mathematics Department, and Professor Bilandar Allahverdiyev from the same department has been published in "Afrika Matematika" journal (2024, Volume 35, No. 62). It should be noted that "Afrika Matematika" journal is indexed in "Web of Science" and "Scopus" databases.

In this study, the resolvent operator of the impulsive dynamic singular Sturm-Liouville problem is considered. The spectral function was first established.The integral representation of the resolvent operator is obtained using this function.
