On March 6, 2024, a meeting was held at Khazar University with the delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visiting our country. The founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, Rector of the University, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, faculty deans and heads of departments, and the academic staff of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Imam Muhammad University, Umm Al-Qura University, Madinah Islamic University took part in the meeting.

Both parties gave brief information about their activities and discussed the possibilities of future cooperation. Representing Khazar University, Fatima Valiyeva, the head of the International Relations Department, led this initiative.

Discussions during the exchange included opportunities for academic exchanges and other collaborative ventures in scientific research with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In addition, a campus tour was conducted to the Nanotechnology laboratory, Khazar University Library Information Center and Nailakhanim Cultural Center.

A gift was presented to the guests on behalf of Khazar University.
