On February 24, 2024, Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director of Public Relations and Media at Khazar University, was at Kahramanmarash Istiklal University and welcomed by Vice-Rector Prof. Sechil Fettahoğlu, Vice-Rector Prof Burcu Ershahan, Secretary General Cemil Toktay, Advisor to the Rector Mustafa Tuncer Okumush, Head of the International Office Emrah Peksoy, Lecturer Hamran Amirli etc.

A.Amirbeyli conveyed the regards of Khazar University founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli and Assoc. Prof. Rector Irada Khalilova to the Turkish rector. Mutual business relations between universities were discussed at the meeting. The cooperation agreement signed by the rector of Khazar University was signed by Prof. Sechil Fettahoğlu, vice-rector of Kahramanmarash Istiklal University and presented to the parties.
