On February 29, Dr. Orkhan Valiyev, the head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, appeared online on Türkiye’s Kanal 3 TV program "Special Agenda." The program covered the following topics:

• The President of Azerbaijan's official visit to Türkiye following the elections and the agreements signed
• The significance of the South Caucasus for the Turkic World and Europe
• China's regional interests and new trade routes
• Azerbaijan's relations with Russia
• Iran-Azerbaijan relations

During his address, the department head emphasized that Azerbaijan shapes its relationships with partner countries based on national interests. He highlighted that since our army's historic victory altered the geopolitical landscape in the region, regional countries, including the European Union, should consider this reality in their dealings with Azerbaijan.
