On February 9, 2024, Urolbek Normuratov, founder of Navoi Innovation University of Uzbekistan, vice-rector of the university Sherzod Atamuradov and others visited Khazar University. Prof. Acad.Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, warmly welcomed the guests from Uzbekistan. H. Isakhanli informed the guests about the university's establishment and its accomplishments to date.

The visitors provided insights into Navoi University of Innovations and expressed interest in strengthening bilateral relations with Khazar University. Khazar University's Rector, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, briefed the guests on the educational programs offered at the university.

Concluding the meeting, H. Isakhanli presented his books to the guests, while Alovsat Amirbeyl, the Director of Public Relations and Media, introduced them to the university.
