On December 15, 2023, Khazar University's "Dunya" School hosted a literary and artistic event dedicated to the 110th anniversary of People's Poet Nigar Rafibeyli at the "Incichichayi" Conference-Concert Hall.

The opening performance featured young singer Fuad Dadashov, presenting the song "Ala gözlüm" composed with Nigar Rafibeyli's lyrics. Following this, Prof. Acad. Hamlet, the founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, greeted the audience, including students, teachers, Nigar Rafibeyli's family, writers, poets, scientists, and members of the press. He reflected on Nigar Rafibeyli's contributions, mentioning the fulfillment of his late wife Nailekhanim Isayeva's dream of publishing portrait books about influential women in Azerbaijani history and culture. The tenth book is dedicated to Nigar Rafibeyli.

The book, elegantly prepared by the Marketing Department of "Dunya” School, was presented to the guests in special bags.

People's Poet Anar delivered a speech at the event. In his speech, he also emphasized that Hamlet Isakhanli successfully continued the remarkable work initiated by prominent educators such as Firidun bey Kocherli and Rashid bey Efendiyev. Nigar Rafibeyli's daughter Fidan and granddaughter Gunel shared poignant memories. Honored Scientist Prof. Gazanfar Pashayev provided insights into Nigar Rafibeyli's life and work.

Following the event, guests explored exhibits related to the life and endeavors of the distinguished educator at the Nailekhanim Museum. Honored Scientist Prof. Gazanfar Pashayev later published a comprehensive article about the celebration and the work of People's Poet Nigar Rafibeyli in the December 22, 2023, issue of the "525th newspaper", available on the newspaper's website.
