The article authored by the head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, Dr.Orkhan Valiyev, about Karabakh University was published in the December 8, 2023, issue of the "Azerbaijani Teacher" newspaper.

As it is known, Karabakh University will be established on the basis of the order of President Ilham Aliyev dated November 28, 2023 at the base of the university located in Khankendi. According to the decision of the Ministry of Science and Education, the university will commence its operation from the academic year 2024-2025.
