Khazar University Publishing House released the 7th book in the series, entitled "Heyran Khanim Dunbuli," (edited by Hamlet Isakhanli). Authored by Tahmina Asgarova, the book explores the life and contributions of Heyran Khanim, an eminent female poet representing the Fuzuli school of poetry in Azerbaijan during the 19th century and the famous women of the Kangarli generation to which she belongs.
The book offers detailed insights into Heyran Khanim's origins, family background, her move from Nakhchivan to Tabriz, and her personal life illuminated by the "Divan." It also delves into the history of researching her works and introduces notable women of the Kangarli generation, including Gonchabeyim, Zarrintaj Khanim, Khanbika Khanim, and Khurshid Gajar.
Included in the book are selected poems by Heyran Khanim, presented in a rich and elegant layout. The publication features portraits of Heyran Khanim drawn by People’s artists Ogtay Sadigzade, Davud Kazimov (on the cover), and Gayyur Yunus. Additionally, a concise glossary is provided at the end of the book.
