On November 7, 2023, the results of the "Product Owner Marathon" competition were unveiled. A total of 16 teams from 8 universities nationwide in the two-month "Product Owner Marathon" competition and worked on their ideas. After successfully navigating the initial stage, organized by Pasha Bank and SUP.VC, only 7 teams earned the opportunity to compete for the top spot in the final stage.

Thus, only 7 out of 16 teams were able to win the right to participate in the final stage. "Virtual Gems" team of Khazar University was one of the 7 teams that participated in the final. The "Virtual Gems" team, consisting of Computer Engineering students of the School of Science and Engineering - Ravan Pashayev, Sharkiya Rahimli, Lala Maharramova and Zeynal Mardanli, presented their projects in front of the jury and won the title of winner with the highest score. Note that the team has developed and presented a product for the optimization of cargo transportation in trips to the competition.

Fariz Hasanli, a lecturer of the Department of Computer Science, mentored the members of the Khazar team consisting of 3rd year students of the Computer Engineering major of the School of Science and Engineering and led them to victory.

Founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli and Rector Assoc.Prof. Irada Khalilova met with the winning team members. They extended congratulations and wished the team continued success in upcoming competitions.
