History and Archeology Department Head at the event dedicated to the 500th anniversary of Türkiye's foreign policy

On October 16, 2023, an event dedicated to the 500th anniversary of Türkiye's foreign policy was held at ANAS.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Türkiye to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci, President of ANAS Isa Habibbeyli, deputies of Milli Majlis, diplomats and scientists attended the event held in the building of ANAS Presidium.

Telman Nusratoghlu, head of the Department of History and Archeology of Khazar University, moderated the panel, where Prof.Dr. Masut Ozcan, rector of the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, Dr. Fariz Imayilzade, vice-rector of ADA University and Musa Gasimli, MP, were the main panelists, and informed the conference participants about the details of the diplomatic relations of the Ottoman Empire with Azerbaijan.
