On September 19, 2023, the 23rd China International Industry Fair launched in the People's Republic of China. Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, and Dr. Fakhranda Afandiyeva, dean of the School of Science and Engineering, attended the exhibition organized by the Development Center of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Baoshan Science and Technology Commission and Pan Shu Science and Technology Park.

On the first day of the exhibition, an opening ceremony was held with the participation of state officials and exhibition organizers. State officials met with university representatives in the pavilions of all the universities participating in the exhibition.

On behalf of Khazar University, Hamlet Isakhanli greeted the exhibitors and conveyed his best wishes to them.

In the continuation of the exhibition, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Pan Shu Science and Technology Park and Khazar University. Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli gave an interview to the local TV channel about the exhibition and about mutual cooperation with Chinese universities.

The second half of the day continued with the presentations of the selected universities. Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli gave detailed information about Khazar University to the exhibitors and answered the questions of university representatives. The exhibition will last until September 25.
