Khazar University graduate to study at the University of Texas under the state program

One of the 2023 winners of the "2022-2026 State Program for Young People to Study in Prestigious Higher Education Institutions of Foreign Countries" within the framework of the State Program of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan was Laman Guliyeva, a 2019 graduate of the Psychology Department of Khazar University.

Laman Guliyeva got the opportunity to study at the specialty “Educational Psychology” of the University of Texas, one of the prestigious American universities. While studying at Khazar University, Laman Guliyeva studied with enthusiasm and graduated with a high GPA.
