Araz Poladov, a 2011 graduate of the Khazar University "Dunya" school, a graduate of the Law Faculty of Harvard University, was appointed as the head of the Legislation Development Sector of the Legislation and Legal Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Araz Poladov graduated from the Baku State University with a bachelor's degree in jurisprudence in 2016, and obtained Master of Law degree (LLM) in European and International Business Law from the University of Vienna in 2017, and from the Harvard University in 2019-2020.
Araz Poladov started his career as an instructor at Baku State University in 2017, at the same time he worked as an intern lawyer at the branch of "Baker McKenzie CIS Limited" in the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2018-2019 he was a lawyer at "AZIP Law Firm" LLC, In 2020-2021, he continued to work as a managing lawyer. In 2021-2023, he worked as a lawyer at the “Shearman and Sterling” law firm in London, the capital of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Araz Poladov is a PhD in law since 2022.
