On March 16, 2023, the British Council sent a letter of thanks to Khazar University for supporting the activity of developing entrepreneurial skills among students and young entrepreneurs within the framework of the Creative Spark project.

Nargiz Hajiyeva, British Council Country Director, thanked Raziya Isayeva, director of Khazar University Development Center, and Vlad Vernygora, vice-rector for International Relations, for their successful partnership and invaluable contribution to the 5-year Creative Spark Project, which is being implemented to develop entrepreneurial skills among students and young entrepreneurs in seven countries, as well as to support university and organization partnerships with the United Kingdom in order to develop entrepreneurship skills among students and young entrepreneurs in seven countries.
