On March 1, 2023, a book exhibition was organized in the Central Scientific Library of ANAS on the occasion of the jubilee of the doctor of physics and mathematics, professor, public figure, poet, writer, publicist, translator, founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli.

The exhibition presents textbooks, monographs and poetic works, translations such as "Poetic translations", "This is also a life", "Science and art assembly", "Azerbaijani love poetry", "What is happening in the higher education system in the modern world", "The Azerbaijan language", "My Karabakh or the Karabakh knot" , and "Hamlet Isakhanli. The life of a scientist and founder" , a book about the life and activities of H. Isakhanli, who is engaged in a wide range of creative activities.
