On December 28, 2022, a forum was held with the participation of international students studying in Azerbaijan within the framework of the "Year of Shusha". The purpose of the forum was to discuss the damage caused by Armenian vandalism to cultural monuments and the environment in the territories freed from occupation, to hold discussions on diplomacy, and to convey the truths of Karabakh to international students.

During the event, panel discussions were held by local and foreign experts on the topics of culture, environment, and diplomacy with the participation of international students and professors.

Rovshan Abbasov, head of Khazar University's Geography and Environment Department, participated in the event.
