On December 2, 2022, the book "Speakers of Silence" by young researcher-writer Elvin Arifoglu was presented in the Marble Hall of Khazar University. Director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli opened the presentation event with an introductory speech, and gave detailed information to the audience about the life and creativity of the young writer, as well as his newly published work. A. Amirbeyli talked about the heroes of the work - the students of Khazar University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Fari and Muhammad, and the work done by their peers.

Then the floor was given to the writer Elvin Raufoglu. The author spoke about interesting moments related to the creation of the work.

At the presentation event, Irada Khalilova, rector of Khazar University, Dilbar Zeynalova, head of the Department of Languages and Literatures, Aytac Misgarli, deputy director of the Library Information Center, and others spoke and expressed their opinions about the work. Author E.Arifoglu presented his books to his readers.
