A meeting was held with Bilecik Sheikh Edebali University of Turkey on August 30, 2022.

The meeting was attended by Hamlet Isakhanli, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees of Khazar University, Rector Irada Khalilova, Isakhan Isakhanli, Vice-Rector for Administration and Student Affairs, Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Vlad Vernygora, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director of Public Relations and Media, Elza Samadova, Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, Saida Sharifova, Head of Division of Graduate Studies and Research, Fakhranda Alimardanova, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering, Ingilab Ahmadov, Dean of the Graduate School of Economics and Business, Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Economics and Management and International Relations coordinators Arzu Badalova and Huseyn Aliyev, Rector of Bilecik Sheikh Edebali University Prof. Dr. Şükrü Beydemir, General Secretary Özgür Özcan, International Relations Coordinator Murat Ağırman.

At the meeting, an agreement on strengthening bilateral relations was signed and discussions were held in the direction of strengthening partnership and academic relations between educational institutions. At the end of the signing ceremony, both sides presented each other with gifts.

Note that Bilecik Sheikh Edebali University is a state university established in Bilecik in 2007.
