On August 2, 2022, a meeting was held with the administration of Yozgat Bozok University of Turkey. The meeting was attended by Rector of Khazar University Irada Khalilova, Vice-Rector for Management and Student Affairs Isakhan Isakhanli, Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Elza Samadova, Director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director of the Development Center Raziya Isayeva, Director of the Quality Assurance Center Lyudmila Sotova, Azerbaijani language and literature department instructor Khatira Yusifova, director of the Mevlana Scientific and Philosophical Research Institute (MEFAI) Nazakat Mammadli and International relations coordinators Arzu Badalova and Huseyn Aliyev.

Rector of Yozgat Bozok University Prof. Dr. Ahmet Karadag gave extensive information about the university. A memorandum of understanding on enhancing bilateral relations was signed at the meeting.

It should be noted that Yozgat Bozok University is a state university established in Yozgat on March 1, 2006.

At the end of the signing ceremony, both sides presented each other with gifts.
