On June 23, 2022, a meeting was held with representatives of Nisantasi University of Turkey.

The meeting was attended by Khazar University Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor, Academician Hamlet Isakhanli, Rector Associate Professor Irada Khalilova, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice Rector for International Relations Vlad Vernygora, Director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbayli, and Development Center Director Raziya Isayeva, Dean of the School of Economics and Management Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering Fakhranda Alimardanova, Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Elza Samadova, Dean of the Graduate School of Science, Arts and Technology Saida Sharifova and International Relations Coordinator Fatima Veliyeva, and from Nisantasi University Levent Uysal, the founder of university, Secretary General of the University Ahmet Sungercioğlu, Coordinator of the International Relations Office Hazar Dorduncu, Coordinator of Nisantasi University in Baku Turana Zeynalova attended the meeting.

Strengthening existing cooperation between Khazar University and Nisantasi University, staff and student exchanges, and a number of important issues were the main topics of discussion at the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, a gift was presented to the other party on behalf of Khazar University.
