On October 5, 2021, within the framework of the Erasmus + ECAR project, an interview was conducted with Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, founder of Khazar University and chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees.

Employees of the Baku Business University, the Project Coordinator - Eshgin Bayramov, Gulshan Bayramova, Vice Rector for International Relations, Parviz Bagirov, Head of National Erasmus+ Office, and Raziya Isayeva, Director of the Khazar University Development Center, participated in the interview.

In the interview, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli answered questions about the Azerbaijan Rectors' Conference (ARC) and gave his suggestions on the ARC's management model, funding mechanism, and executive activities.
