On May 21, 2021, the next virtual research seminar was organized by the Khazar University Teaching and Learning Center for master’s, doctoral students, academic staff, and researchers. The seminar was held on “Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security” by Dr. Adem Tekerek, a staff member of the Department of Computer Engineering, Gazi University (Turkey).

Dr. Tekerek briefed the participants on the emergence of artificial intelligence, its role in our lives and education, research in this area, cyber security and its connection with artificial intelligence, forms of cyber security and ways to protect against cyber security threats.

The presentation was met with interest and the speaker was asked various questions. The event ended with discussions.

The seminar was attended by students and staff from Khazar University, as well as participants from other universities in Azerbaijan and Turkey.
