On April 27, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Azerbaijan Bilal Hayee visited Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees. The ambassador expressed his condolences to Professor Hamlet Isakhanli on the death of his wife, Nailakhanim Isayeva, and laid a wreath at the memorial plaque of Nailakhanim Isayeva at the university.
