On March 31, 2021, the AzEdu.az education portal asked Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, to comment on a public survey conducted by the Ministry of Education on March 30.

In the survey, 4 proposals were made to be selected: a) activity on education to be continued as it is b) distance learning for all grades; c) distance learning for only grades V-IX d) distance learning for remote areas with high rates of infection and the traditional form for others.

In response, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli stated that option “d” seems more appropriate.
