On March 20, Khazar University Student Dormitory decorated khoncha for foreign and local students on the occasion of Novruz holiday, and served a holiday table.

Foreign students from 28 countries are studying at Khazar University. Most of them live in the university dormitory. The holiday table, organized at a high level by the dormitory administration and decorated with khoncha, caused great joy among the students.

Rector of the University, Associate Professor Irada Khalilova, congratulated the foreign and local students living in the dormitory on the holiday and wished them success and good health on behalf of herself and the founder of the University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli.

Foreign students (from Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Indonesia, Ghana, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Russia, Georgia, Afghanistan, Jordan, India, Ethiopia, Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, Qatar and other countries) congratulated Azerbaijan on the holiday and expressed their deep gratitude to the university administration around the holiday table.

The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Arts and Technology Saida Sharifova, Director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbayli, Director of Khazar Psychological Center Malak Karimova, Dormitory Director Araz Khalilov, Coordinator of the Foreign Relations Department Sema Isali, President for Pakistani students in Azerbaijan Imtiyaz Ahmed, Student Assembly administration: Ramal Guluzade, Narmin Iskenderli and Aydan Soltanli.
